Our esteemed Academy
Program
A well-rounded education cannot be complete without music, technology, arts, and culture for our children.
Therefore, we value and encourage support for The Academy for Music, Arts, Culture, and Technology..
Schedule:
The Academy offers Fall, Winter, and Spring terms. Each 9-week term roughly follows school district calendars.
We exist to promote the education that your child needs!
Unfortunately, public school funding is at an all-time low, and eliminating music and arts curricula from schools is typically considered sound fiscal planning. It is easy to see that this view is short-sighted and can only result in lower-quality education for our children.
Why LTV academy?
When deprived of music and arts education, children lose a richness of opportunities to reap the benefits of music and arts education, which are crucial to a balanced education, confidence, creativity, and innovation. They lose opportunities to learn about creative expression in favor of focusing solely on reading, writing, and arithmetic and “testing to the score.” They lose enjoyable and challenging ways to learn about their own and other cultures and diversity. They lose opportunities for exploring their creativity via careers in music, and well-rounded preparation for careers in other professions.
LTV believes in encouraging young people to enjoy arts, culture, and music. We believe in the benefits of sharing music and the arts with others and also supporting young people who are interested in developing careers in these areas. This is why we support The Academy for Music, Science and Arts and Culture.
We are the saviors of art and music!
Does your child’s publicly funded school lack music and arts programs? Has another public school in your neighborhood ended its music and arts programs? If so, you can play a vital role in enriching our children’s lives.
Could your child benefit from recognition of his or her musical accomplishments? Would you like to see your child’s school do more to help develop students’ interests in music and arts careers? Do you know a child with musical or artistic talent whose school doesn’t offer education in these areas?
hese are all situations that highlight opportunities to make better futures for children through music and arts education.
Our Mission
IT ISN’T JUST A PROGRAM, IT’S OUR MISSION!
“We’re dedicated to supporting greater appreciation of music and arts in our lives. We believe that arts and music education provides significant benefits to children and that it is a necessary ingredient for their growth and success. Therefore, our goal is to inspire their creativity and innovation by providing educational resources in this area.”
Campaign to save Music
LTV launched the Save Music in Schools project to provide free music and visual arts instruction and free music instruments. We seek to develop after school programs for public schools that do not currently have music curricula.
Public schools suffer from budget constraints that hinder comprehensive education for our young people. The Academy for Music, Arts, Culture, and Technology supports music education in our schools and also educates and mentors children who have not had access to music education. To do this, we must identify schools that lack music programs, then identify donors and foundations that support music education programs.
Our Goal
Our goal is to promote music education because of the unique benefits that it provides. Music education has been shown to correlate with achievements in other subjects. Hence, we believe that it is up to us to support music education to encourage not only the Mozarts of tomorrow, but also leaders in other fields.
Initiatives To Promote Our Mission
Save Music & Cultural Arts for Children, is a private project created and supported by Liberation TV ORG. We rely on grants and sponsorships for concerts and events through our “Wings of Rhapsody” concert series. Becoming a sponsor enables us to offer free music education to children. The series will feature major recording artists, along with actors and comedians, to remind viewers of the importance of music and arts curricula in our schools, by supporting our programs at The Academy for Music, Arts, Culture and Technology. No individual or organization can save music education without help. That’s why the Academy is reaching out to everyone.
As with any educational funding effort, we welcome the generosity of music lovers, parents, educators, performers, philanthropists, and other sponsors, but we don’t stop there. We also seek to draw attention to the lack of funding for the arts nationwide and encourage the public to support music education in our schools.
Get Mentored by the finest artists!
As a private project supported by Liberation TV ORG and dedicated to encouraging the appreciation of music, arts, culture, and technology, we are proud to have as our director Maestro Julius P. Williams, internationally honored conductor and current artistic director of WorldStage, Inc. Maestro Williams occasionally instructs and recognizes children’s musical development and achievements through the Academy. We encourage others to become involved as well.
Modes of Instruction for Arts Program
A thoughtful curriculum design provides students with alternative ways to perceive and experience the world. A standards-based arts education program provides a means by which all students can work at a personalized pace, develop self-expression and self-confidence, and experience a sense of accomplishment.
Our focus is on subject-centered arts instruction, developing the foundation skills in each arts discipline in a well-planned way. Instruction that links the arts with other core subjects is achieved in ways that strengthen the instructional goals of the subject matter. However, we have further categorized our program in three modes and these are following.
OUR PROGRAMS

Subject-centered arts instruction in dance, music, theatre and the visual arts.

Instruction connecting technology and the arts to music.

Instruction connecting filmmaking and music production and other core subjects.
